For the avoidance of doubt, we regard a request to change dates as a cancellation of the original musical holiday booking.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel if, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed event. In these circumstances we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. If we cancel, our liability will be limited to returning any payment already made by you.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damages or loss as a result of force majeure.
In these Terms and Conditions, force majeure means any events which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
All party members must be covered by insurance before setting out on holiday. This must cover you fully against the cost of cancellation by you, personal accident, medical care and repatriation should you become too ill to continue with the holiday.
BEHAVIOUR AND DAMAGE
We expect you and your party to maintain reasonable levels of behaviour at our venues and on any trips organized as part of the musical holiday. If any member of your party is asked to leave due to unreasonable behaviour, no refund will be due. You will be held liable for the costs of any damage or loss caused by your party.
All our venues are non-smoking establishments.
If you have any special requests, for example dietary requirements, allergies, etc. you should inform us of such requests either at the time of booking or as soon as possible so we can discuss these with you and make any necessary arrangements. We will always do our best to accommodate such requests but be aware that we cannot always guarantee that such requests will be met. Furthermore, we have no liability to you if such requests are not met.
If you or any member of your party have any medical problems or disabilities that might affect the holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.
We will use your contact details to send you information relevant to your booking. We will ask for your consent to send you information about Singing In… events in the future.
We may use photographs of participants for publicity purposes, including on our website, unless you request us not to do so.
