We visit every venue before we use them to ensure they are suitable for our Singing In… events.
Derwent Hill Training Centre in Portinscale, Keswick is the venue we use for our Singing In... the Lakes events.

'From the coffee/drinks machine/bar in the dining area to the dining room/lounge area everything was very accessible and was maintained and serviced in a very unobtrusive, relaxed, almost homely manner. The food servings were ample and very wholesome and tasty. The full breakfast was such a good option as it acted as a 'set you up' for the very busy mornings when we really used up an amazing amount of energy. The packed lunch idea was great'

'Singing In... the Lakes was a marvellous way to spend a weekend. There was a very warm welcome in a lovely venue with excellent staff.
The rooms were very comfortable and the bar was stocked with interesting beers, good wines and craft gins. The food, especially the breakfast, was very tasty.'
