Join us this autumn for a FREE singing workshop with Timothy Allen

Timothy Allen is a composer, arranger and choir leader specialising in working with choirs of all sizes and abilities. His passion is in supporting others to achieve their potential. We're delighted that he'll be spending the day with us in North Sheffield this Autumn to lead a joyful day of singing where he'll work on several songs.

The event will take place at Grenoside Community Centre on Main Street in Grenoside. The venue is fully accessible. It has a large car park and is served by the number 86 bus which stops close by.

The day will begin with refreshments from 11.15, then shortly after 11.30 we’ll get started with the singing. There’ll be a free lunch provided and a refreshment break in the afternoon. The event finishes at 4.30pm.

This event was made possible thanks to National Lottery players

The event is being hosted by Community Music Makers (the new home for the Singing In... choirs in North Sheffield). Thanks to the support of The National Lottery Community Fund there is no charge to take part in the day, although numbers are limited, so booking in advance is essential (and please let us know if you can no longer attend so that we can offer your place to someone else).

Just like our regular term-time choirs, everyone is welcome to attend! The workshop is suitable for all levels of singer, even if you don't read music.
